My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the room was spacious and clean enough. On the other hand, I faced some serious communication issues regarding our booking and breakfast options, which left me feeling frustrated. The staff was friendly, but the dining experience fell short of expectations due to inconsistencies in what was included.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and I loved the amazing pool that my daughter enjoyed. The location was ideal, close to many restaurants and attractions. However, I found the breakfast buffet lacking in options and the parking spaces were limited. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel for its family-friendly reputation, and while the pool was indeed great for kids, my overall experience was mixed. The rooms, particularly 215, had a strong cigarette smell that was hard to tolerate, and the hot water situation was disappointing.
